The polling card of Mr. Sisira Manage, who went to cast his vote at CC Tamil Vidyalaya at Balangoda this morning, has been grabbed by a group of thugs led by former PC member of UPFA Jagath Pushpakumara.

Twenty two UNP Pradeshiya Sabha members and grassroots level politicians from the Kandy district joined hands with the UPFA yesterday, Minister of Power Mahindananda Aluthgamage, claimed.
